Onderzoek naar de knelpunten die burgers ervaren bij de digitale dienstverlening door de overheid. De nadruk lag op het identificeren van fouten die ertoe leiden dat gegevens verkeerd geregistreerd komen te staan en de belemmeringen bij het herstellen van deze fouten.
