Comparison of sequence capture & ddRAD data in Metridium

Genome-level sequencing is the next step in understanding species within the Actiniaria, as morphological and single locus sequencing often fall short of differentiating between individuals. We explored and compared Sanger-sequenced loci, ddRAD, and sequence capture data for their use in both species-level systematics and biogeographic studies using the sea anemone genus Metridium.
