Calanus finmarchicus adult female transcriptome of Alexandrium fundyense response

Gene expression profiles for Calanus finmarchicus adult females feeding for two and five days on a control diet (Rhodomonas sp.) or a diet containing either a low or a high dose of the saxitoxin producing A. fundyense. The low dose is comparable with a summer bloom concentration in the Gulf of Maine the high dose is comparable to an higher toxic bloom observed in other areas such as the Bay of Fundy.
