Methane Seep Sediment and Carbonate Microbial Communities Raw sequence reads

To better understand the full complement of methane sinks in the ocean, microbial communities associated with methane seep sediments and carbonates at several different deep-sea sites were collected and analyzed. Additional studies of methane oxidation rates, electrical properties, cell abundance, kinetic parameters, and mineralogy were also performed.
