DOI

This study was conducted from March to June 2023 at the University of Sfax's Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology, in collaboration with Alliance Agricole Agareb Society. It took place in a field located in Agareb, Tunisia, where various seed priming treatments including unprimed control (T1), hydropriming (T2), biopriming (T3), and hybrid priming (T4) were applied to different legume accessions Lathyrus sativus(accessions Maleme-107 and Sofades), Pisum sativum var. arvense (accessions Forrimax and Guifredo), Trigonella foenum-graecum (accessions Rayhane and Tborsek). The experiment was structured as a replicated field trial aimed at evaluating germination rates and biometric growth parameters of plants grown under natural environmental conditions.
