2D and 3D Euclidean distance matrix between two plots from the Kilimanjaro ecosystem

DOI

To assess biodiversity and ecosystem processes along altutudianl and disturbance gradients on Mt. Kilimanjaro, a total of 60 study sites in both natural and human-disturbed ecosystem are selected to carry out experiments and observations. This dataset contains 2D distances and two sets of Euclidean 3D distances between 79 plots (including invalid plots and experiment gardens): one calculated by the GPS-measured elevation on plots, the other calculated by the DEM (digital elevation model) of Kilimanjaro region.
