It has been demonstrated that different food diet may change the gut microbiota in animals. To see whether this is also the case in quinoa diet, feces from mice after the 9-week feeding regime were collected and the 16S rDNAs of different intestinal bacteria were sequenced and analyzed in a high throughput way.
