Copper-exposed Mytilus californianus larvae sorted by morphology (normal and abnormal)

Mytilus californianus larvae were exposed to a range of copper concentrations (0 - 6 ug/L) and sorted based on morphology into pools of normal and abnormal animals. Samples were then sequenced to distinguish transcriptional markers of copper effect (abnormal development) vs exposure (normal development).
