Transcriptome reponse of Nannochloropsis oceanica after 1h high light

All photosynthetic organisms have to modulate light harvesting to balance the input and use of light energy in order to avoid excess light-produced damage.Molecular mechanisms behind light acclimation in Nannochloropsis oceanica are largely unknown.Algae cultures were acclimated to low light, after which the cultures were transferred to low light (LL) and high light (HL) for 1h. Two biological replicates and two technical replicates were harvested for all samples.
