Ontology for Food Processing Experiment

OFPE is a generic ontology specialized for food processing experiments, where raw materials are transformed into final products. It includes different classes that represent products and activities during food transformation processes, which can be classified into four main concepts, i.e., Product, Operation, Attribute, and Observation.
