Effect of Nitric Oxide on the germination of Botrytis cinerea spores

Analysis of the effect of Nitric Oxide on development and physiology of the fungal planta pathogen Botrytis cinerea. Spores from both, a wild type strain and a mutant strain deficient in the main Nitric Oxide detoxification system in this fungus are exposed to Nitric Oxide and their expression patterns are compared with those of the non exposed samples
