Geophysical monitoring of hydrocarbon biodegradation in high conductivity environments

The goal of this laboratory experiment is to determine whether the spectral induced polarization method (SIP) can be used to monitor hydrocarbon degradation and to characterize the microbial communities associated with hydrocarbon bioremediation in high salinity environments.
