Bioconversion carbon dixoide to hydrocarbons

Carbon dioxide as main greenhouse gas has great abundance and could be used as raw material to create chemicals and fuels. We found inherently natural process that carbon dioxide can be directly converted into short chain alkanes and alkenes by microorganisms when using solar energy. We validated this process with various samples collected from geographically different places.
