Bacterial community composition of the Karnaphuli estuary

The biogeochemical factors driving bacterial community composition were studied seasonally in the Karnaphuli estuary. Water sampling were collected across the estuarine and pollution gradient during May (pre-monsoon) and December (post-monsoon) of 2016. At some stations water was fractionated with a 20 microns mesh (nanplankton) and in other enriched with coastal sediments.
