Replication data for: Electrochemical detection of neuronal injury in cell culture samples: a cost-effective biosensor for neurofilament light sensing.

This dataset includes original and explained data that is mentioned in the manuscript. Namely, it includes original, obtained from the EC-lab software on an electrochemical workstation (BioLogic SP-150) data for each of the three detection techniques (CV, EIS, CA); original data collected from an ELISA plate reader (Infinite® M200 PRO Multimode Microplate reader) with some explanatory comments; a protocol, that explains how the data was analysed for the analytical parameters; a compilation of datasets, that were used to generate the figures in the manuscript and calculate limit of detection (LOD).
