The thermal modelling data for Figure 6, Figure 7, and Figure 8 are provided. The data from each figure subplot has its own text file and the data is presented as a matrix. The rows represent sediment depth (model cell midpoints) and the columns represent time. For Figure 6 and Figure 8, the temporal interval is "year since lagoon formation." For Figure 7, the outputs are every 5 days for one year (year 200 after lagoon formation).
