In this project tetrabromodiphenyl ether BDE47 a PBDEs homolog with high content and high toxicity in Shandong coastal sediments was used as the stress factor and Brachionus plicatilis a standard test organism in seawater was used as the research object The interaction between oxidative stress and autophagy obtained by transcriptomics was used as the breakthrough point to study the toxic mechanism of PBDEs on Brachionus plicatilis
