Production date: June 2023- November 2024 Method: A search of eight electronic databases (Cinahl, Cochrane, Embase, ERIC, Google Scholar, Medline, PsycINFO and Web of Science) Universe: People with intellectual disabilities Data sources: Articles searched in the eight databases stated above in June 2023 and November 2024 (see attachments for search string) Country / Nation: Sweden (n = 5), the United Kingdom (n = 6), Australia (n = 2), Canada (n = 2), Germany (n = 1), the United States (n = 1), Israel (n = 1) and South Korea (n = 1). Two studies were conducted cross-nationally in Western countries, namely, in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and in Ireland, Sweden, France and the Netherlands.
