Experiment on phage-bacteria infection networks at ambient (15 PSU) and two stressful salinities (11 & 7 PSU) with Vibrio alginolyticus: 1) Phage-bacteria infection matrix

Each matrix file contains a binary phage-bacteria-infection matrix, where rows represent different bacteria and columns represent different phage isolates. A negative effect of the phage on the bacteria growth is denoted as 1, i.e. RBG < 0.82.We created a consensus matrix for each salinity from three single matrices. A "1" in the consensus matrix was assigned if at least two replicates had an RBG value below 0.82.
