High pressure freezing under 2000 bar of Helium of samples from MX2733, at the High pressure lab (HPMX) next to ID30A3

In this experiment we will freeze samples "Tnt1" rom MX2733 (Serine/threonine-protein kinase, Uniprot ID G4SLH0), at different pressure of Helium to induce structural translations of the protein. diffraction data will be collected the 28/11/2025 on the beamline ID30B.
