nuc rDNA ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region (ITS) sequences of 33 haplotypes (14 for U. antarctica and 19 for U. aurantiacoatra) with sampling locality information

DOI

nuc rDNA ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region (ITS) sequences of 33 haplotypes (14 for U. antarctica and 19 for U. aurantiacoatra) deposited also in Genbank (ID MG200275 - MG200307). The ITS sequences were amplified using primers ITS1F (Gardes and Bruns, 1993) and ITS4 (White et al., 1990). The total alignment was 666 bp long and included an intron of 216 bp length 226 bp from the 3' end of the small subunit of the ribosomal RNA. Our alignment included 33 polymorphic sites, 15 of them in the intron. The dataset was used to generate and haplotype network.
