Formulario y resultados de la Encuesta a investigadores activos e inactivos del PRONII (Programa Nacional de Incentivo a los Investigadores) de Paraguay. Este trabajo forma parte de la tesis de Olga Elizabeth Moreno Fleitas, titulada “Perspectivas de la evaluación de investigadores PRONII del Paraguay: referentes internacionales, contextos y exploración de escenarios”. El estudio se inscribe en el campo de la evaluación científica (research assessment), con énfasis en la evaluación individual de investigadores. Los datos recabados permiten analizar percepciones de los investigadores categorizados sobre los criterios, procedimientos y efectos del sistema nacional de categorización científica (PRONII, actual SISNI), y pueden ser de interés para investigaciones sobre políticas científicas en América Latina y el Sur Global.

Form and results of the survey conducted with active and inactive researchers from PRONII (National Program for the Promotion of Researchers) in Paraguay. This work is part of the doctoral thesis by Olga Elizabeth Moreno Fleitas, entitled “Perspectives on the evaluation of PRONII researchers in Paraguay: international references, contexts, and scenario exploration.” The study is framed within the field of research assessment, with a focus on the individual evaluation of researchers. The collected data provide insights into the perceptions of categorized researchers regarding the criteria, procedures, and effects of the national research categorization system (PRONII, now SISNI). The dataset may be of interest to studies on science policy in Latin America and the Global South.
