Update 2019-01-13: the species formally called Prisodon obliquus is now registered as Paxyodon syrmatophorus.-----Sampling interval: 2016-09-29 to 2017-09-19, sea surface temperature: 28.8°C.The objective of this study was to characterize biomass and morphometry of the freshwater bivalve Prisodon obliquus, at Maratauíra river, Abaetetuba, in order to provide ecological information that may aid in the management and conservation of the species.
