Deep sequencing of 16S rRNA of field soils in Japan

In this project, we tried to reveal the community structure of soil microbiota in various grass and agricultural fields in Japan, based on PCR amplicon sequencing analysis of bacterial 16S rRNA gene using a Illumina sequencer.
