Vibrio vulnificus ATL 6-1306 Whole Genome Sequencing

Biotype I Vibrio vulnificus, which causes severe invasive infections from consumption of oysters, is split into two genotypes with all sequenced clinical isolates from the C genotypes. We report here whole genome sequencing of two clinical isolates and two closely linked oyster isolates from the E genotype for comparative studies.
