Renewable Feed-In and Electrical Load of Four Storylines for the Central European System

DOI

This data set contains the hourly feed-in of renewable energy and electrical load in kW of four storylines in 2030 and 2045 developed witihin the ENSURE project. For a description of the storylines refer to https://www.kopernikus-projekte.de/aktuelles/news/ensure_phase1_storylines_fuer_die_energiewende.

The authors gratefully acknowledge funding by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) within the Kopernikus Project ENSURE ‘New ENergy grid StructURes for the German Energiewende’.

All data are given in kW. The files "solar.csv" contain feed-in from rooftop and ground-mounted facilities. The files "other_res.csv" contain feed-in from hydro and biomass generation. The files "conv_demand.csv" contain conventional demand (industry, household, commercial, transport). The files "flexible_demand.csv" contain demand from flexible consumers such as eletric vehicles and power-to-heat.
