n the current study Water samples from OMZ and Non-OMZ regions were collected followed by bacterial identification by Illumina based 16srRNA profiling. This study aims to identify the effect of oxygen concentration in addition to other parameters such as depth, salinity and temperature on bacterial diversity in Bay of Bengal.
