Expression quantitative trait locus (eQTLs) summary statistics from normal colon tissue. Based on TOPMed-imputed SNPs and stratified by colon location

We profiled gene expression of non-neoplastic colon from biopsies of 445 healthy individuals, as described in Díez-Obrero, Virginia et al. “Genetic Effects on Transcriptome Profiles in Colon Epithelium Provide Functional Insights for Genetic Risk Loci.” Cellular and molecular gastroenterology and hepatology vol. 12,1 (2021): 181-197. doi:10.1016/j.jcmgh.2021.02.003. Here we provide eQTL summary statistics for the entire sample size of BarcUVa-Seq data (n=445) as well as its strata by colon anatomic location, i.e. eQTLs from ascending (n=138), transverse (n= 143) and descending (n=164) colon.
