Replication dataset for "Posthoc inference for interpretable Hi-C differential analysis"

DOI

Processed Hi-C matrices with 3D chromatine conformation data obtained by high-throughput sequencing, corresponding to the experiments used the preprint "Posthoc inference for interpretable Hi-C differential analysis". These matrices correspond to processed matrices of public datasets that were used in the article to benchmark a differential analysis method. Original datasets are further described in Section "Source de données".
