ddRAD reads from Montipora capitata and Porites compressa. Raw sequence reads

A study to understand phylogeographical patterns of scleractinians corals on a fine resolution and how they differ between taxa. Slow-growing Porites compressa was compared with fast-growing Montipora capitata within Kaneohe Bay, Oahu.
