Effect of water activity, temperature, and carbon dioxide on the Aspergillus flavus transcriptome and aflatoxin B1 production

The objectives of this study were to examine the effect of Aspergillus flavus colonization of maize under different water activity (aw 0.99 and 0.91), temperature (30 and 37oC), and carbon dioxide (350, 640, and 1000 ppm) conditions on aflatoxin B1 production and impacts on the transcriptome using RNAseq.
