Probiotic roseobacters antagonize diverse members of the emerging fish pathogenic Tenacibaculum genus

Flavobacterial pathogens of the Tenacibaculum genus is becoming an increasing threat to marine fish farmers and sustainable means to prevent tenacibaculosis are limitited. We have investigated the genomic heterogeneity in isolates from two Tenacibaculum outbreaks as well as their susceptibility to treatment with TDA-producing roseobacters
