Correlation between microbial diversity/composition and antibacterial/anticancer activities in the mucus of coral species in Nha Trang Bay, Vietnam

The project studied the bacterial diversity and composition associated with coral reefs collected from Nha Trang Bay, Vietnam. The present study aims to explore the interaction or interrelationship between coral mucus-associated bacterial communities and bioactivities of the coral mucus collected from bleached and healthy coral colonies of stony corals in Nha Trang Bay, Vietnam.

In addition, the diversity and distribution of bacteria associated with the mucus of coral under different conditions, such as across locations, seasons, coral health states, and so on, were mentioned in this project.
