Local and regional developmental cores

DOI

The survey is focused on developmental potentials, innovative actors and support institutions (incubators and technological parks), their formation, mutual interaction and communication in particular from the perspective of knowledge transfer and on the role of civil society and NGOs in this framework. The hypothesis is that density of these organizations (NGOs) is important for formation and diffusion of social capital. NGOs can be directly or in-directly included in local developmental projects.
