Replication Data for: Preparing teachers for culturally and linguistically diverse classrooms: a quasi-experimental study on the impact of an asset-based pedagogical education programme

This dataset contains data from a quasi-experimental study conducted among preservice teachers in Catalonia (Spain). Data were collected using the EU Survey platform, through an online questionnaire comprising three validated psychological instruments: the Multicultural Efficacy Scale (Guyton & Wesche, 2005), the Cultural Intelligence Scale (Ang et al., 2015), and the Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy (Wang et al., 2003). The dataset contains pre-test and post-test survey responses collected as part of a larger research project evaluating the impact of a training programme on preservice teachers' multicultural self-efficacy, attitudes toward cultural diversity, ethnocultural empathy, and cultural intelligence. All data were anonymised and contain no direct identifiers.
