A project to generate a reference transcriptome for the high-latitude Antarctic nototheniid Pagothenia borchgrevinki. This transcriptome was constructed from a mixture of total RNA extracted from six tissues (Brain, Liver, Gill, White Muscle, Spleen, and Head Kidney). These were from fish at their natural environmental water temperatures, while warm acclimating to 4C, and following acute heat stress.
