Phylogenetic position of the coral symbiont Ostreobium inferred from chloroplast genome data

The goals of this study are: to obtain draft chloroplast genomes of multiple Ostreobium strains and to infer the phylogenetic position of Ostreobium from chloroplast and nuclear sequences.
