The dataset comprises all data collected for the CONTACT trial: Together well prepared for the discussion of treatment wishes and limitations. Data from 185 included patients is stored. De dataset consists two parts: 1. Data of the CRF's and questionairres of the patients and their physicians. Only the variables that are included in this dataset are made publicly. 2. Video-recordings and transcripts of the conversations between the included patients and their physicians at the outpatient clinic. Soms patients did not give consent to store the video-recordings for further research, in these cases only the transcripts are stored. For privacy considerations this data is nog made publicy.

The original data can be requested three years after the last endpoint is analysed by the members of the study group. The data can be requested by contacting the principal investigator: prof. dr. H.A.H. Kaasjager.
