Stranded RNA-seq of wild type Aspergillus nidulans during growth on a range of nitrogn sources Overall design: Stranded RNA-seq was carried out in triplicate from wild type Aspergillus nidulans (MH1 biA1) grown in liquid culture with glucose as the main carbon source and on of 10mM ammonium, glutamine or alanine as the nitrogen source.
