Title: Final Soil Suitability Score (FSSS) for the Greater Mediterranean Basin (30°–45°N, –10°–30°E)

Data Type: Raster dataset in NetCDF format (250 m and 30 m resolutions)

Purpose: To assess soil quality and regeneration potential across the Greater Mediterranean Basin for identifying areas suitable for the cultivation of climate-resilient orphan legumes and other sustainable crops.

Spatial Coverage: Southern Europe, North Africa, and the Levant (30–45°N, –10–30°E)

Spatial Resolution: 30 m (Landsat 8/9) and aggregated 250 m grid

Temporal Coverage: 2013–2023 (NDVI and aridity indicators); static datasets for topography, human modification, and soil properties.
