Proteome analysis of normal liver parenchyma vs rosette-forming parenchyma in patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) data

DOI

The objective of the experiment was to compare the proteome of 1) normal liver parenchyma vs 2) rosette-forming parenchyma within patients with primary sclerosig cholangitis (paired analysis). Samples were collected using laser-capture microdissection and processed for mass spectrometry analysis. In total, we analysed seven patients, each with two conditions (normal vs rosette), and 2 technical replicates. File descriptions: 1) 1_raw data: Raw MS files (vendor-specific .RAW format). 2) 2_preprocessed data: DIA-NN output file 3) 3_additional_files: Protein annotation files 4) 4_result_files: Postprocessed results file
