This dataset was created for and used in the work "Learning to Infer Parameterized Representations of Plants from 3D Scans". It consists of 1000 pairs of L-strings and 3D point clouds of Chenopodium Album Plants. The dataset includes 10 different plant structures with 100 different instances per structure. The dataset is split into training, validation and testing (800, 100 and 100) with extra test sets (noisy, incomplete).
