Eigenvalue problem solver for evaporation-driven density instabilities in saturated porous media

DOI

This code solves the resulting eigenvalue problem when considering onset of density-driven instabilities in a semi-infinite saturated porous medium which is subject to an evaporative flux for water and no-flux for the salt concentration from the top boundary. The eigenvalue problem is a function of the wavenumber and time, which are hence input parameters to the eigenvalue problem.

The main code to be run is EigValProblem.m, while the other files are supporting files used by the main code. The file readme.m explains the needed input parameters to EigValProblem.m and shows some examples on how to use EigValProblem.m
