This dataset provides planktonic foraminifera assemblage data from the high-resolution marine sediment core MD07-3088 recovered at 46°S in the Southeast Pacific Ocean. The dataset includes relative abundances (%), fragmentation (%), and associated standard errors based on 169 samples analyzed at a temporal resolution of 0.1–0.7 ka. The record spans the last 21.9 ka. The sediment core was retrieved using a CALYPSO piston corer during the MD159 PACHIDERME cruise aboard the R/V Marion Dufresne. The data support paleoceanographic reconstructions of the last glacial–interglacial period.
