Microbial fluctuations following mild Aiptasia thermal stress

To determine whether symbiont loss contributes to microbiome fluctuations of the rising model organism, anemone Aiptasia clone CC7. Here, we surveyed microbial shifts and symbiont loss under experimental thermal stress conditions.
