Acartia tonsa genome project

Here, we present the genome sequence of Acartia tonsa (Dana) assembled using animals from a longterm culture. A combination of short and long inserts as well as long read data was used for the initial assembly that was further scaffolded with mRNA data from all Acartia tonsa life stages.
