Recreational Sand Beach Raw sequence reads

This project investigates the diversity and potential clinical significance of fungi present in Prachuap Khiri Khan recreational sand beach. Using ITS metabarcoding sequence, we analyzed fungal strains with focus on pathogenic fungi.
