Isolation and selection of wild cold-tolerant bacterial denitrifiers in Denmark

During this study, bacteria were isolated from environmental samples in Denmark (woodchip bioreactors and riparian wetlands). From these samples enrichments were also started. This project gathers the 16s rRNA data of isolates and 16s microbiome data of enrichments.
