Double networks consisting of both permanent and transient cross-links are a new interesting class of materials which shows an extreme potential for applications with adaptive requirements. In the framework of a PhD thesis and an EU-funded FP-7 project (Self-Healing INnovative Elastomers SHINE) we recently mastered the synthesis, rheology and the SANS characterization of such systems under equilibrium. This proposal therefore aims at the microscopic investigation of the associated underlying dynamics at the length scales of the chains by means of NSE (IN15) in isotropic state. The first assessment of the non-equilibrium behaviour under strain by SANS (D11) has already been scheduled at D11 and will be measured in November 2014 (proposal 9-11-1673). This proposal is a re-submission of the dynamic part of proposal 9-11-1673 as highly recommended by scientific council 2014-4.
