Replication data for an article on the development of various forms of OA in Norway over time, with emphasis on Diamond OA. Raw data in files where HK-dir is a part of the file name are received from Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills/The Register for Scientific Journals, Series and Publishers (HK-dir) on 2021-05-27, they are licensed under a CC BY license. The file DOAJ_2021-05-31.csv is downloaded from DOAJ, and it is licensed under a CC BY-SA 4.0 license. All other files are licensed under a CC BY license, except for *.txt files which are licensed under a CC0 license.

Data from HK-dir:These data are collected continuously, but are reported around April 1st the year after the year they are for, and should be constant after reporting. Data from DOAJ are not necessarily updated since admission. DOAJ has collected data since about 2003, all journals were asked in 2014 to reapply so data should be correct at some data in 2014 or later.
